Massage Modalities
Therapeutic Massage:
Similar to the basic Swedish Massage, I will tailor the massage using parts of the below massage techniques depending on your needs. The end goal can be relaxation of the mind and body thereby giving you a sense of renewal or the treatment of specific musculo-skeletal and associated problems that exist in your body.
60 Minutes - $70.
90 Minutes - $100.
Deep Tissue:
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. Deep Tissue massage should not be painful. We will start with lighter pressure using hands, fingers, forearms and elbows then move in deeper gradually as areas of tension and constriction are located and induced into a state of relaxation.
60 Minutes - $70.
90 Minutes - $100.
Neuromuscular Massage / Trigger Point:
Trigger Points are knots in the muscle than can cause pain in the specific area of the Trigger Point or can cause tingling, numbness, or pain in areas at a distance from the source of the trigger point itself. We will palpate the body in order to locate the exact area of where the trigger point is located and apply varying degrees of pressure on and around the points using several different body parts such as fingers, knuckles and elbows in order to break down the build-up of the knot.
60 Minutes - $70.
90 Minutes - $100.
Lymph Massage:
Through the use of this technique, we will help increase the bodies’ natural flow of lymph by increasing lymphatic circulation through the body's natural filtration systems. We will use lighter flowing strokes over the lymphatic pathways to stimulate the release of waste residue throughout the body thereby releasing stress, reducing pain and creating a sense of wellbeing throughout the body.

Clinical Sports Massage:
Are you a high level sports practitioner, a weekend warrior or just someone who is looking for pain relief from common injuries that limit your activities of daily living? We will use various tests depending on your specific complaint to narrow down the cause of your pain that is affecting your rigors of daily living, We will use advanced massage techniques that go beyone the normal Therapeutic and Deep Tissue techniques to help address those concerns.
60 Minutes - $70.
90 Minutes - $100.
Myofascial Massage:
Fascia is the dense connective tissue that weaves itself throughout every muscle, bone and organ in the body. When tight, pain can be localized in the area of tightness or manifest in other areas of the body causing referral pain. Through the use of gentle massage techniques, we will work to free up the areas of tightness giving pain relief locally and areas of referral pain throughout the body.
60 Minutes - $70.
90 Minutes - $100.
Chair Massage on and Off site:
After your chair massage you will feel energized, rejuvenated, and relaxed. It will work wonders for your body, your mental state and your sense of well-being and happiness.
15 Minutes - $15.
30 Minutes - $30.
Off site - charge to be determined based on a per minute charge and distance traveled.
Reflexology:
Reflexology is the ancient art of foot massage which originated in China. Think of the hands and feet as a miniature world where our organs, glands and other body parts reside. Through the stimulation of the various points on the hands and feet that correlate to these body parts, treatment will enhance your sense of well-being and relaxation.

45 Minutes - $45.
